Ticket return procedures:
- - Request the return at least 48 hours before the start of the concert.
- - Each seat may be released only once.
- - If there is any mistake in the release, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at: +55 (11) 5039-8723.
- - Phone and WhatsApp support are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- - Exceptional cases may be handled via email at assinaturas@osesp.art.br, with a response expected within 72 hours after the request is sent.
